The image is a little fuzzy. I would consider a black outline and/or adding more contrast to the colors in your image. The porportions, colors, and movement of the hawk are very good though. The shadows are pretty good, I would consider making the beak and talons more shiny by adding the blacks and whites sharper and more bold. Adding a background would also help bolden the image and make it more realistic. Your coloring is pretty spot on. The eyes are very expressive and would stand out make by darkening the area around the eyes.
